We are proud to announce that we are the first (and as of now the only) Seller on Etsy offering USDA Organic Goji Berry Seeds AND Organic Goji Berry Seeds From Tibet! With the on going debate on where the best Goji Berries come from and questionable differences in standards, we have worked very hard to secure Goji Seeds from all over the world so we are able to offer the most options to our customers! Be sure to browse the Goji Section of our store to view all the available seeds and plants we offer.
This particular listing is for certified organic Tibetan Grown Seed Pods. Please be sure to visit our store for other seed options. If you are wondering why seeds from Tibet are more expensive then the rest of the seeds we offer, its because they are very hard to find and are more costly for us to import than the other goji seeds we carry. From what we have learned, many companies are being dishonest or rather elusive about what and how they market their items. Goji berries and goji products are commonly advertised as "Tibetan Goji Berries" even though the berries are grown in China or Mongolia stating that the fruit itself is called a "Tibetan Goji Berry". From what we understand goji berries grown in Tibet only account for less than 1% of the entire world goji market. So if you are interested in this particular type don't hesitate to order them because our inventory is very limited and we never know if and when we will be able to obtain them again!

Growing:
Goji Berry Plants are easy to grow perennials (they come back every year!). They will grow in almost any type of soil, light-sandy, Medium-loamy, and heavy-clay, but they tend to flower and fruit better in a well drained soil of moderate quality. Goji Berry plants have an extensive root system and are very drought tolerant once established. Goji Berry plants prefer full sun to partial shade, but plant them in full sun for the best Goji Berry production. Goji Berry plants can survive winters down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit and hot summers above 100 degrees. The Goji Berry grows as a thick bush reaching 6-10 feet tall with vines that can get 12 feet long. Heavy pruning of the Goji Berry plant will keep this bush looking nice and will also help it produce more delicious Goji Berries. In early summer this beautiful plant is covered with small purple and white trumpet shaped flowers. Goji berry plants can add beautiful color to any landscape. In late summer these pretty little flowers are followed by glossy, bright red Goji Berries. The Goji plant continues to flower and produce Goji Berries right up until the first heavy frost. The fresh Goji berries are incredibly juicy and sweet that can be consumed raw, fresh or dried. The leaves of the plant nicknamed as matrimony wine or youthful tea can be used in salads and drinks. The Goji Berry can be grown indoors if given enough light. Goji Berries can be grown under a strong, full spectrum, artificial light or they can be set by a window that gets direct sunlight for at least 8 hours every day
