First of all Thank You so very much for taking the time to stop by and browse the items in my little corner of Etsy. Secondly, I have been noticing that the Etsy Shipping Calculator has been overcharging for shipping (I have had to give refunds on just about every purchase since the beginning of the year). Please know that although I do charge a small handling fee for shipping supplies, I am not trying to make money on shipping costs. I WILL REFUND any overage on shipping costs over $1. I have had issues since the beginning of the year when USPS changed the shipping rates and have not been able to figure out why the calculator has been overcharging so much. So please do not let the shipping costs scare you into not purchasing from my shoppe and if you have questions at all about the shipping quoted by Etsy, please ask. I cannot see what you are seeing as your shipping costs, but if you want an accurate quote, do not hesitate to message me with your zip code and I will be more than happy to give you an accurate shipping quote. This Oh so Romantic Christmas String Tree is full of surprises and little details. It is coffee stained for that Wonderful Warm Sepia/Grunge/Aged appearance. I then covered it with Vintage Mica Flakes and AB Glitter for a Gorgeous Sparkle that I just couldn't capture. It was then covered with Vintage & Antique Buttons in Creams, Pearls and Whites. The Merry Christmas banner was first aged, then lightly hand-stamped with script handwriting, then hand-stamped Merry Christmas. I then burnished the edges with Gold Ink and on top of that Pale Gold Ultra Fine Glitter for layers of depth. It is topped with a Vintage Seam Binding Bow in Cream.

For the base I used a Cream Toile lightly burnished the edges with Brown Ink, added some Gold Chenille for Sparkle and more Antique & Vintage Buttons.

This would look Great on a Mantel or as a Centerpiece, or would also make a Lovely Gift for the Holidays!

It measures: approx. 7 1/2" tall by 3 1/4" at the base of the tree and 4" across the banner.
