All requests are made to order and I aim to ship within 7-10 working days and will always alert you if I cannot meet this deadline by Etsy message. I aim to keep my prices competitive and make no profit from the postage and packing costs and where possible, if there has been any large overcharge this will be refunded back to your PayPal account on the date of shipping. The postage costs include packaging costs. UK orders will be mailed second class to keep your costs to an absolute minimum and a proof of posting will be obtained. I regret that I cannot be held liable for any loss of mail once it has been sent. International orders will be sent Royal Mail International Standard (please note that no tracking is provided for this delivery method). Should you wish your order to be tracked and insured, please message me before placing your order. 📌 What size planner do the weekly kits fit?

These are sized for the vertical coiled planners with a box width of 38mm but I will happily re-size for the planner of your choice, please be mindful that there may be a loss of some stickers from the kit

📌 Will my stickers fit other planners?

Where possible I include the size of the stickers so you can see if these will fit your particular planner. The Happy Planner boxes are approximately 2mm smaller than the standard coiled planner so there would be a slight overlap or I am happy to re-size where possible (I am unable to re-size during discount code sales due to the high number of orders received)

📌 Why is the paper sometimes curled?

The stickers are cut on a tacky mat and a new mat causes the paper to curl as it is removed from the mat. This can cause the stickers themselves to curl back from the backing paper but there is no damage to the stickers themselves and nothing that a heavy book for an hour or two won't sort

📌 I didn't receive an Etsy invoice with my stickers

To keep costs as low as possible, I do not include a copy of your invoice/order details with your sticker shipment
