Made the old-fashoned way: With an eye on thethermometer, watching it like a hawk until the elusive soft ball stage, then baking ninja scooping and pouring quick for the optimum mounds set to cool. Perfectly delectable praline patties. Just YUM!
Order is for 1/2 pound (8oz) - approximately 5-6 big pralines, each about 2.5-3in. in diameter. Treats come sealed in an airtight plastic bag wrapped in pretty tissue paper with a calligraphed label listing the name and ingredients. I am happy to include a custom note for gift orders at no charge- please convo me when ordering.
