The 4.2 in the name is the volume of this in cubic centimeters. This ring stands 13mm above the finger and the band is 6mm wide.
I can make this in any ring size. I use metric measurements for the design but I can convert your own ring size to metric easy enough. There's also a convertor online at http://www.onlineconversion.com/ring_size.htm.
This is manufactured using a 3d-printing process more commonly used during product prototyping - It means each item is literally printed, individually, on demand to your exact size, rather than cast as part of a large scale operation and adapted to size afterwards.
The metal is a true composite of stainless steel and bronze, but has the same colouring all the way through - the actual colour itself varies slightly and can't be controlled, from cool grey steel to a subtle champagne - part of the beauty and pleasure of this modern metallurgic miracle. The finish is peculiar to the process, sometimes showing how the layers of the metal powder are built up in 0.1mm steps. The metal is polished after it's all sintered together, and there are no sharp edges.
Each ring is custom manufactured and takes around three weeks to make and finish. I can do these in an antique bronze finish for $10 extra, or bright gold plate for $20 extra. I also have these in brightly coloured nylon - just have a look around in my shop!
It will be packed in a neat little padded box and sent to you, airmail small package (overseas). I recycle my outer packaging and cartons, but the presentation box is made to order to fit each ring. I get very good reviews of my packaging designs :)
If you'd like to order one, send me a note with the size that you'd like along with the order.
If you aren't happy then send it back and I'll refund you right away!
