Fulgorid Planthopper (Calyptoproctus stigma).

Planthoppers are very abundant in tropical regions of the world, many growing very large with beautiful butterfly-like wings. Although they are also called Lantern Bugs, they do not actually emit light. But they still manage to light up a room!

All my works are hand drawn colored pencil illustrations. They are Giclee printed on 100% cotton fibre, 290 gsm acid-free, conservation grade, Italian-milled fine art paper.

All art illustrated by Rachel Diaz-Bastin. Each fits standard sized mats and frames.

All prints signed by artist.

Beautiful print, high quality and even more vibrant in person. I am thrilled to give this as a gift to friends, but it is hard to part with since it is so beautiful and unique!
