This is a scroll saw cut wall plaque that features many differnt scenes from the medical profession. It includes a stethoscope, a pair of scissors, a needle, a heart rate monitor, caduceus, a helicopter, a cot, an ambulance, a doctors bag, the handicap symbol, a string of DNA, a microscope, the pharmacist symbol, a tooth, a surgeon and the words "Dare to Care."

The size of this plaque is 10 1/2" x 10 1/2". It was all handcut using a scroll saw. It was cut from 1/4" oak plywood and stained golden oak. The backer is cut from 1/4" baltic birch plywood and is painted black to highlight the details in the plaque. Three coats of poly have been applied to the wall hanging to help protect the finish and to give it a shine. A sawtooth hanger is attached to the back and it is ready to hang up in your home or office!

This project was designed by Sue Mey.
