I searched for years for a lip color that would be made from organic or wild-crafted ingredients, as well as be non-drying, glossy, preservative and silicone free and not use carmine or other animal products (such as beeswax – we like to let our bee friends keep that for themselves!). Happily, at the French Girl Studio we’ve now put together our new Rose Sugar™ Lip Tints – they’ve become our new favorite thing, and we have the softest lips in town because of it!

Our special base of organic and wild crafted waxes, butters, and oils give a beautiful, smooth texture to these Lip Tints, with no drag on the lips whatsoever. And the fragrance is such a pure and uplifting combo of organic rose and peppermint, it will have you reaching for this little tube all day long!
This offering is for our Cerise shade; rich, ripe cherry blended with pale copper -- delicious! This Lip Tint is perfect on almost anyone; apply lightly for just a kiss of color, or more for a dramatic, yet completely natural look. Our Rose Sugar Lip Tints are made to be quite soft, so they will not remain on your lips all day like a commercial lipstick; its easy to reapply them though, just a quick, slick swipe and you’re done! Also, since we do not use artificial hardeners or chemical to prevent melting, we advise that you to keep them away from hot things (dryers, back pants pockets, car dashboards)

Consider the deep rose-brown, Rose Noir, our pale sugar pink, Aphrodesie; the ginger-pink glaze, Ambre Rose; the Terre Rouge shade, a shimmering terra cotta, or the nude tint, Claire (all available in separate listings). Our Lip Tints all have the same rich base of organic butters, oils, and plant waxes, with the addition of lip conditioning borage seed and sea buckthorn oil (which gives the Claire tint its deep yellow color – your lips, of course, will not turn that color!). The second image shows the Terre Rouge shade. Our pale ginger-rose lip tint, Ambre Rose, is shown in the third image and the Rose Noir, Claire and Aphrodesie in the last.
