This listing is for a set of four 4 x 4 tile coasters incorporating your sealed race bib (or a copied image), so the bib won't peel off or wear away. Bottoms are lined with cork to prevent damaging your furniture. Coasters come in a white 8x8 display/storage box for easy safe-keeping, but you'll want to leave these out!
Some bibs are larger or smaller than 8x8. I trim the bib to fit the coasters. Some text may be lost, but my priority is to maintain the most important data such as the year and event name.
Approximately 95% of customers prefer that a laser color copy of the original bib be used. I completely understand the panic of parting with an original bib, so there are 2 options:
1) Email a .jpg image and we'll reduce or enlarge it to fit. (most commonly chosen option!)
2) Mail the original bib and we'll make the copy.
Color copies offer some flexibility, in that they can be reduced or enlarged to better fit the coasters. It's not possible to enlarge a smaller bib to fit the full surface area of a tile unless using a scanned image that we have enlarged.
Once purchased, your confirmation email will include instructions for mailing or emailing your bib. Current turn-around time is approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of bib.
