Advise contacting with vendor if no communication beyond automated order acknowledgement from Etsy is received. Placed order; paid at time of order via Paypal. Vendor made changes to their Paypal account but did not notify that they had not received payment and were holding the order -- first advisory that something was wrong was one month later when Paypal sent a notice advising me that payment had been returned because the vendor's account was inactive.

The buyor fails to mention that as a result of the problem with the processing of the payment I sent the product at no charge.
