Camouflage adult tutu skirt Army camo style made in Sizes XS - Plus size. Three layer poofy petticoat design. This skirt is handmade from almost 35yards(three layers) of soft black, dark green, brown and a splash of antique gold glimmer Bridal tulle. All tulle is tightly machine gathered, serged and sewn to the black fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is poofy! Our tutus are fully sewn, never tied! They are machine washable and dryer safe. This tutu is 13" long
