If you're not able to retrieve the order from the address it was sent to, I can resend your order to a new address your provide. All items (except originals) won't be shipped with track and trace to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. You can however select this option when checking out (for additional cost).
Please understand that I can't do anything if a package shipped without track and trace gets lost, so If u want to be sure, please spend the extra money for insurance.
