* Orders are shipped via Australia Post trackable service with regular non-express transit time unless you choose an express upgrade.
* International shipping cost is a fixed flat rate so you only pay one shipping fee to combine as many items per order.
* While domestic Australia express shipping does not require signature, USA express airmail requires someone to sign at the given address.

* The delivery person may leave you a note if they cannot deliver your package safely or need someone's signature at your shipping address. It is in your own interest to follow up and promptly arrange to have it collected or redelivered to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your order.
* Items returned due to non-collection or non-delivery due to wrong or incomplete address will be reshipped at your own cost.

* Shipping cost includes packaging materials for item storage and/or gifting. We do not offer additional card or gift wrapping services.
* International orders come with custom forms which declare items as merchandises with the item amounts for tax and legal reasons.

* We do not accept nor encourage returns. However please contact us if there is a concern within 3 days of receipt with some pictures of the issue. We will do our best to reach a fair solution together with your cooperation.
