This cowl is too tight and is nothing like the one pictured. I tried to contact the merchant to ask if we might work something out, I can't afford a cowl that cost $50 plus shipping and handling from Turkey to the US. I suggested that I could do a small alteration and wear it as a slouchy hat (it is that tight) and that she could refund the slight difference in the cost. I received no response. After three days I posted a review. The merchant sent me a message that was hostile to say the least. I begged forgiveness and that she just contact me again (even gave her my phone number and stayed up until 4am in the morning) and work something out with me about that cowl I still cannot wear....it has been two days.....still waiting...... :*(

The cowl is one of my best sellers, i have sold hundreds of it and no one said it is tight or not like the one pictured. Actually nothing happened like you have told. The only truth is you have forced me to make a HUGE discount with threatening with a bad feedback, although you bought it with 10% discount already. I have told you to return item but you wanted to keep the cowl and the half price of the item. Unfortunately this is not fair and not according to my shop policies.
