Our anatomical heart measures approximately 1 inch in height and 3/4 inches in width. It is made from lead free safe pewter and it hangs from an elegant DNA twist silver plated chain and accompanied by a swarovski wire wrapped garnet crystal chain. This is a stunning piece that can be worn in both formal and informal settings. The heart pulls the sterling silver chain down while the crystal hangs in more of a circular fashion. It is truly beautiful on. It is finished off with a toggle clasp.

It is packaged in a kraft box with the anatomology logo and a small blank card with our heart and butterfly artwork on it.
