My architectural portraits are hand drawn. I use permanent non-fading ink on heavy, acid free, paper from your reference photograph(s). Changes and additions to your photograph(s) can be made. I also work from an elevation sketch with floorplan.

• I SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOMIZATION:
Since my work is all by hand, I can easily change the seasons, add a pet to the porch, trim back trees, make landscaping more mature or in bloom, etc. Just let me know of any changes you want and I will be glad to include them. You can send up to 3 photos per message through Etsy messages.

• THIS ITEM MAY BE PURCHASED AS A GIFT CERTIFICATE
Need a last minute gift? I will gladly email a lovely gift certificate in a PDF file for you to print!

• CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE
The image size will be the size you select with a small white border.
Larger and special sizes are also available. If the size you want is not listed, please contact me with your photographs, your time frame and the size you need. I will be glad to quote a price and create a custom order for your art.

• WHAT I NEED TO CREATE YOUR ART:
For best results, I need a clear photo that shows everything you want included in the painting, additional photos of details that may not show clearly in the overall photo are helpful.

• MY TIME FRAME:
The time it takes to have your commission completed and ready to mail can can vary greatly depending on my current work load. If you have a deadline, please contact me before ordering to check my current schedule. I am usually booked with Christmas and other holiday orders a couple of months in advance and will stop taking orders when my schedule is full.

• GETTING IT TO YOU:
Shipping in the US includes tracking & insurance. Your art will be shipped in a in a clear, protective sleeve, secured in a rigid mailer with sturdy backing.
