While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that. We've also had to implement strict isolation/quarantine policies for anyone on our team who has tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19. Due to our employees being home due to sickness or exposure, we haven't been able to keep up production as readily as we did prior to coronavirus.
