Yes, on orders placed at the same time, we will ship in one box and refund any excess postage collected on individual items. Usually the cost of the largest item, plus $2 or less for each additional item will cover it.

We ship through the USPS, since they seem to have the best rates. Tracking is included in our shipping price.

On International orders, First Class mail is about half what Priority Mail costs and only takes a few more days. Maximum weight for First Class Mail is 13 ounces. Over 13 ounces, the only trackable way to ship to foreign countries is by US Priority Mail, which can be costly. We will ship the most economical way, unless you specifically specify something else.

In the case of Import Duties, Taxes and Surcharges... these are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If a package is returned to us marked REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE, we will refund the order, less the original postage. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address.

We DO NOT ship to Italy or United Arab Emirates.

We gladly accept returns for any reason, but you must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days from the date you received it. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and DO NOT send it back without contacting us first. Save all packing materials, in case an insurance claim is applicable.

Buyer pays return postage and we don't refund the original postage or any International import fees, surcharges, or taxes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The costs for US Post Office postage is usually about half what UPS or Fed Ex charges. We ship by the US Post Office in most instances, unless the package is a very large dimension or weighs over 70 pounds.

If you receive your postal mail at a street address, it will be delivered to your home. If you have a post office box, it will be delivered to your local post office.

In most instances, we ship by First Class Mail, which is trackable. If your package weights over 13 ounces, the only trackable method is Priority Mail. If you would like your package shipped faster than First Class Mail, there will be an Options box on your checkout form to specify the method of delivery you prefer.
