‘Something old, something new, something
borrowed, something blue’ . . . the well known
wedding lucky saying.
I wanted to make a simple but pretty version
of this lovely tradition.
Every piece is different and individual so I am
photographing each one and listing by letters
A, B etc.
This one (B) has a piece of vintage lace edged down
one side with robin egg blue seed beads.
I have added a pretty cream and blue ceramic
heart made by a talented Irish ceramic artist

A small and pretty pendant but makes a big statement -
art to wear.
All of this hangs on a sterling silver bail on a
sterling silver 18 inch flat cable link chain.
Old - lace
New - silver
Borrowed - you can borrow the heart for
. . . a thousand years.
Blue - seed beads.
size : 1.5 inch high (4cm) approx (including bail )
As all designs are made with mixtures of fabric and beads,
crystals or vintage lace - they cannot be washed.
They should be treated and worn with care so that the
delicate stitches do not snag.
When not being worn keep flat in a safe place away from
sunlight, damp, dogs, cats or children !!
Comes in a box (made from recycled material).
