60s Persian Inspired Gumps Belted Silk Tunic Jacket, Size Small

This is a beautiful 100% silk tunic style jacket, hand tailored in Thailand. The label is “Star of Siam, Bangkok” from Gumps of San Francisco. It features a Mandarin collar and has 7 knotted matching silk buttons down the front. The buttons are repeated at the cuffs where they close in a hook-and-eye style. The interior is lined with bright yellow silk. The fabric features a pink, gold and green Persian inspired pattern, set against a dramatic black background. It has a matching cord belt. It is in overall excellent vintage condition. Please see measurements.
