Item: Arrived in PERFECT condition completely encased in bubble wrap (I was SOOO nervous when I saw the small holes in the box from rough handling) its BEAUTIFUL, tiny & delicate, the dress looks just like mine :D (enough so that i dont wanna show my fiance the topper haha) i'm sooo excited to have this on our cake! Shipping: Had a bit of trouble picking this up but it was a USPS problem NOT the shop. Though I would recommend offering UPS or FEDEX shipping next time.

Item came out beautifully. Shipping took about 3.5 months and had to ship twice due to carrier issues. Would highly recommend but order well ahead of when you need it!

Absolutely beautiful but unfortunately came apart very easily, very flimsy and almost zero communication or took forever to hear back when seller was asked questions, this individual is very talented, but it would be great if they could be a bit more communicative.

It took significantly longer than advertised to make my cake topper to the point where I needed to purchase a topper from elsewhere on Etsy. Annacrafts is very unresponsive. I am so disappointed in this experience.
