It's 1" (2.5 cm) wide, but it's hard to measure exactly how large it is around since it doesn't open. If fits my just-under 6" (15.2 cm) wrist loosely, so it would fit a larger wrist than mine just fine. If your arm is *much* larger than mine, though, tell me and I can add a few more links to make it larger.
If your wrist is as tiny as mine is, let me know and I can remove some of the links to make it smaller around. I tried to make this for an average wrist size. :)
Note: There is some discoloration on some of the red rubber rings; you can see this in the photos.
