We can print pretty much any design on any of the bag types - so if you love one of our designs but want it on our giant knitting needle bag, or our lovely roll top bag instead of a tote, just message us and we'll set up a custom listing for you.

Gift wrapping is available and can be added at checkout. We wrap all knitting related items in our special knit-themed wrapping paper, and everything else is wrapped in brown paper and tied with a bow.

We are in the process of switching to eco-friendly packaging, including paper bags and biodegradable cellos. We are using up our old packaging at the moment so your order may arrive in the old style, but rest assured, we are making the switch.

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. All standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class which includes delivery confirmation. Orders should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.

If you need your order faster, or for a particular date, we recommend upgrading to Tracked Next Working Day delivery as 1st Class is not a guaranteed service. Tracked will be dispatched the next working day.
If an incorrect address is provided we will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the item.

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

Orders outside of the UK are sent tracked.

Seconds are products that are not up to our high standards - there may be loose threads, a crease we can't remove, small misprints, or a problem with the print.

We sell these at a reduced rate as they are still usable and giftable and we want them to find a happy home! You can find them in our 'Sale and Seconds' section.

We would never sell anything with a major flaw like a broken zip, or a chipped mug, the flaws are purely cosmetic.
