Size: About a modern XS or Small. This style is meant to fit somewhat loosely through the bodice, form fitting through the body. But you can wear it more fitted on the top if you like the look, and, like all formal-occasion apparel, this can (and probably should be) tailored to fit you. Bear in mind that it is far better to take in than let out! There is some slight give to the fabric due to the bias cut, so I've given the measurements as unstretched to very slightly stretched.
Bust: 32″ to 33″ (plus some ease from gathers underneath)
Waist: 28″ to 29″ max.
Hip: 34″ to 36″ max.
Length from top of shoulder: 60″
Hem sweep: approx. 101" (almost 6 1/2 feet)
Condition: Very good to excellent; dress HAS been cleaned and is ready to wear with a steaming. However, it had been stored folded, inside out, and there is still "storage dust" on the reverse side, which does NOT show through to the front! Some soiling along the very bottom of the hem, not noticeable unless you get down on the floor and look for it. And one smaller-than-dime-sized area of fray--not a hole--down near the hem, where probably the wearer caught a heel in the fabric, but it didn't poke through. Fabric is very sturdy, dress very wearable. No pit stains, odors, etc. Applique is missing one bead.
