All the orders will be shipped to the address that you entered as the shipping address on the Etsy's process checkout.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to a different address (or to the one on PayPal receipt) please send me a convo, or drop me a note in the "Message to the Sellers"!

SHIPPING TIME
Everything is shipped from Italy.

Shipping to America and Japan generally takes around 10-20 days to arrive and to New Zelanda and Australia 15-30 days.
To Europe things are quicker, like 7-15 days.

Please, note that during particular and busy period (as Christmas time) shipping could take longer, so if you want to make a gift, it could be better if you purchase the item in time, we cannot be responsible for any delay!
In general if your purchase isn't arrived within about three weeks after you order, please let us know, we'll always be glad to talk with you to work things out about any problem.
Anyway, before getting worried we should give the package all the time it needs to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are usually sent out via registered mail, through which we can track the package.
The SHIPPING COST of each item is APPROXIMATES!
When you'll buy an item, please SEND US A MESSAGE WITH YOUR COUNTRY DESTINATION, and we'll know you the RIGHT SHIPPING COST of your purchase!

We'll refund you for over shipping cost and we'll send you a refund request if we'll pay more for your shipping.

As you know, if you buy from out-of-country, there are sometimes occasional custom fees.
So, please remember that international customers are responsible for any occasional fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective country.

For a safer shipping the items are shipped out in a personalized padding paper-envelope inside a cardboard gift box.

After you received your item, please send us a note and leave FEEDBACK so we'll know the transaction is over and (hopefully) successfully.
We'll then be glad to leave your feedback for you!
