This is such a fun TUTU version of my popular apron dress!!! This dress is a must for your next mad tea party or trip to the magic kingdom.
This dress is made of a powder blue colored soft cotton poly blend fabric with a tulle skirt. The apron is white with black ric rac to set it off. The front has a sweetheart neckline and a bow. The back has elastic and a tie back for the perfect "retro" fit.
