PLEASE READ: We can do up to 25 letters/numbers/spaces/characters - only capital letters are available. If your saying is 13 letters or more, we use a slightly different smaller font almost identical to the first. See pic 3 above for symbols available. We only have these punctuation marks: & . ' , / - #. If you request a mark we don't have it'll be omitted without contact.

Measures:
You will receive 5 ribbons! Ribbon is precut in 2 yard increments & roughly 1" wide with frayed edge, give or take a .25 inch due to the nature of being handmade.

Your ribbon will come wrapped on 1 tag, see pic 2. You will NOT receive a ball of ribbon.

How your ribbon will be packaged:
2-18 yards: wrapped on 1 tag.
20+ yards wrapped on a tag or a ball depending solely on shipping method at seller's discretion.

Our ribbon is waterproof & will not bleed if it gets wet. If you need instructions to make it washable, let me know & I will send you instructions via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family & friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind.

GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th & Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas.

➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day & wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt & body oil.

Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use & misuse.

"Read to Ship In" is the estimated business days it will take to create your order, this does not include actual shipping time.

A standard industry business day is 9am-5pm depending where the business is located. Weekend days are not counted. If your order was placed after business hours, that night does not count as a business day. It will start the next day.

The product was fine but the packaging it came in was a paper envelope. It was torn and part of the ribbon was exposed through the envelope. You probably need to use envelopes that do not tear open so the product is not lost or ruined.

Julie, so sorry for this USPS mishandling!!! We have shipped 1000's of these envelopes over the last 10 years & have never had this happened before! We do choose to use paper envelopes verses poly envelopes as it is kinder to the planet. I did check with Julie & the ribbon was perfect!
