This is a stunning piece of work. This beautiful sign is ready to hang on your wall. First the sign has been base coated in black. Then I base coat the sign with a decorator black. The design has been hand painted in a cream color. The sign has an chiseled edge.I have added antique gold to the edge. It has been sealed with a non-toxic sealer. This sign is so beautiful. A great gift idea for anyone or a beautiful sign to hang in your home, with family pictures around it. The apx size is 24"L x 11"W.
Each sign is custom made to order. Because most of my signs come from reclaimed lumber there will be flaws that add to the character and beauty of each sign also making each sign unique. If you would like different colors please convo me. The sign comes with a key hole drilled in the back so it lays flat on the wall.
All of the Gingerbread Shoppe’s sign are made from wood. When possible we use re-claimed wood. We make no attempts to cover up knots, grains or other things that natural real wood have. We feel it adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the sign. All our signs are hand painted. Because we use paint there can be various shading differences from sign to sign. We feel that this is part of the art of hand painted signs.
