First of all, this is NOT a women's shirt. It is a UNISEX shirt meant for either men or women to wear. The model in the 1st photo is a US women's size 4 and is wearing the size S. The shirt fits more 'boyfriend' style. If you are a US women's 4, I would recommend measuring your favorite tshirt and comparing the measurements to ours (above) to see if you are the XS or S in this shirt. The XS is very narrow and long, and is best for thin tweens, teens, and adults under 120 lbs. We provide the flat measurements, so if you have any doubts, please measure your own shirt and compare it to ours. If you are a woman who prefers only women's shirts that are fitted and accentuate your chest, this is NOT the shirt for you. Please, READ THE SIZING INFORMATION ABOVE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!
