This little Cupcake wasn't baked to follow - this bold bun has sprouted a proud set of wings and, with feisty ambition and sights set high, is reaching for the great blue yonder. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No. It's a cake. And a little one at that. With pleasant frosting. In a paper cup. But don't tell him that.

It’s a little one, 3/4" high (not including the jump ring), with a plucky 1" wingspan. But when it comes to harnessing the power of flight, particularly if you're made largely of flour and eggs, size don't mean nothing.

Hand carved, cast in white bronze, and then richly silver plated. The cupcake is then oxidized to bring out all its details.

The cupcake hangs on your choice of chain or leather - all leather necklaces are adjustable and come with our signature Lost Apostle clasp (shown in the last photo).

Maybe "hovers" is a better word. "Hangs" kinda detracts from the effort this cupcake is clearly making to remain airborne.
