There was a problem with my original purchase, which was no fault to the seller, so another one had to be shipped. The replacement had a different color band than the original one I purchased, but my husband still accepted the color even though he admitted he would have liked the other color more. But because of the time lapsed since placing the order on Nov. 30th, we didn't want to return the replacement and wait any more for the right one. Other than that my husband is very happy with his new gift from me.

I am glad that your husband liked the watch! I am very sorry the first watch was lost. Shipping normally goes smooth, but packages are at a higher risk of being delayed or lost during the month of December due to the high shipping volume. By the way, we shipped the suffolk chestnut color band, which is the color that was ordered. The main photo in the listing shows the vermilion color, but we are sold out. If you decide you want a different color, please let us know and we will replace it. Merry Christmas!
