I normally ship Monday through Friday on a daily basis.

The charge that I quote for U S Postal Service shipping is my best estimate based on shipping from the Midwest to the West Coast. If you live closer to the Midwest, the actual shipping cost may not be as high as I quote. If the actual shipping charges are less than I charged you, I will gladly refund any excess of $1.00 or more.

When more than one item is purchased, if feasible your purchase will ship in one box. Many times this results in lower shipping costs. I will gladly refund any excess of $1.00 or more.

If you would prefer a different shipping option, please contact me before you purchase the item. Some items are already set up with the option to upgrade shipping.

I reuse and recycle clean packing materials when appropriate.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me within three (3) days of delivery. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item until the damage claim is complete. I will need photos of the packaging and damaged item for the insurance claim.

Please double check that you, the buyer, are providing the correct address to me, the seller.

If a package is returned to the seller because the buyer provided an incorrect address, the buyer will be refunded the price of the product but the postage will not be refunded. The buyer will have to repurchase the product with the correct address.

If a package is lost in the mail due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made.

My shop is non-smoking, but pet friendly - two dogs.

Vintage items are sold in a used, as is condition. I try to describe all aspects of my vintage items. If there is a flaw, I point it out to the best of my ability. I remove surface dirt, but do not 'polish up' a vintage item. Please read the descriptions and ask any questions you may have before purchase. I want you to be happy with your vintage items. Request more photos if you need them.
