Each of my paper jewellery pieces is unique. These simple circular Shakespeare earrings are created from fragments of his plays, using old books (I never use valuable or rare copies). They give a wonderful literary touch, and make a thoughtful gift to a literature lover or teacher.

They have a short drop, to sit just below the earlobe, and are for pierced ears.

The text is sealed behind glass, and the natural cream, whites and beiges of the paper tones gently with the antique bronze or silver plating of the setting.

The earring is 16mm or about 5/8 of an inch across. They have a 3cm or appx 1 inch drop. The backs close securely with a clasp. The earrings are nickel and lead free.

The earrings come boxed in a kraft bo lined with velvet.

I am obsessed with these earrings, they’re so pretty. The quality is great, and I know it’s kind of luck of the draw with which snippets you get but I got Hamlet and Ophelia on mine (one shows on each earring). Hamlet is one of my favorites so I’m very happy.

I am a Drama and English teacher, and I wanted to get these earrings for school. I LOVE THEM! And the Drama students loved them as well. They are well made and each one is unique. I would definitely order from them again.
