Well, you can't beat the Anchor Hocking, Fire King serving and baking dishes. They are heat resistant and oven proof, and....they're really nice to look at!

This one has a peach lustre glaze, and two compartments, so...you can serve two different things in it and it looks great on the table!

It is made of a heavy glass with a lustre glaze, and is 11 1/2" long x 8 1/2" wide, and each compartment is 5 1/2" x 7."

They sure knew how to make things in the 1940's.

(Oh! The dish IS marked on the back: a backwards Fire King (etc.) logo, which is, I have read, not unusual at all - just quirky)!

it would have been better to have marked the box fragile. it appeared to have been tossed around in transit and several of the jewel pieces were bent over. Easy to fix and I LOVE it!
