5 out of 5 starsThe letters came out soo cute. It did take awhile to get them but i knew when I bought them they would be awhile. I go them at the time promised and she even wrote a personal apology for not having the design I wanted which I appreciated.

It states the letters are wooden, which they are not, they are just 3 pieces of cardboard pressed together. And I misunderstood the ordering process and thought I was purchasing a full name but the owner informed me the price was only per letter. After she told me I had paid shipping for a full name which was 14$, so I have 38$ in a cardboard letter J!! Will NOT order again

When you checked out you selected one 8" chipboard letter, not a 9" wood letter. Each listing also explains that the price is per letter. The materials costs and time to create the name AL is vastly different than ALEXANDER. All letter sellers I have seen sell on a per letter basis. This is outlined several places in my shop, including the listing you purchased. I am sorry you are unhappy, I wish you had contacted me. Best of luck to you in the future.
