A flattering style women’s hat. This beret knits up quickly in chunky weight yarn. The headband is knitted first to fit the head size. Stitches are then picked up from along the headband edge to make the crown which is knitted in the round on double pointed needles.

The pattern includes photo tutorial instructions for the cable stitch.
