How to make a fabric bird. This PDF pattern contains everything you need to know to make fabric birds.
This is the much awaited pattern for the free standing bird PDF. These birds caused a real stir in a wedding back in 2010, and have been featured in magazines such as Wedding Ideas and West weddings.
They make excellent table decorations, or feature pieces. Also lovely in and around the home.
The difficulty rating is probably moderate, but there are so many photos and step by step instructions within this PDF that I believe everyone will be able to achieve a brilliant result.
People genuinely cannot get enough of them and there are so many ways to customise and coordinate them that you will never tire of making them.
You will need: Two types of non stretchy fabric, scrap of felt, paper covered florist wire, stuffing, all purpose glue, cup sequins, seed beads.
Equipment needed : Needle and thread, wire cutters, pliers (preferably round nose)
This pattern is yours to use as you see fit. I only ask that any birds you sell are sold locally, and that you don't mass produce the birds. Also you are not permitted to resell the pattern or publish it on the internet.
If you do sell the birds on the internet, they must be handmade and a link must be given to this pattern!
Please always credit my design when mentioning the birds in Blogs etc.
