The design is my own creation. The front is made of 5.75" x 2.75" grey rectangles each featuring a patchwork triangle in one corner (like a dogeared corner of a page) in pretty pinks, oranges and greens. The backing is a soft citron coloured flannel which really allows the hand-quilted circle pattern to stand out.
The quilt measures 29" X 36" which is perfect for babies and also a great lap-sized quilt for adults. Since taking these photos, I have washed and dried it to give it that lovely "crinkly" look.
Caring for your quilt:
Milkybeer quilts are meant to be used. If they get a spill or are dragged through the dirt, that's great! Simply wash with a gentle detergent on the gentle cycle and tumble dry low. All of my quilts are made with quality cotton quilting fabric and 100% cotton batting.
