Take are classic lime tutu and add some Apple green ribbon trim for an extra color and to pump up the volume on this pretty petticoat This tutu is handmade from a 12" long, 25yards roll of bridal tulle. The tulle is tightly machine gathered, doubled to create two layers then serged and sewn to the lime fabric covered elastic waistband. Once the tutu is put together, we then sew on the apple green ribbon trim to finish the whole look! This tutu is made to be around mid thigh length at 12" long. It is fully sewn, never tied. Skirt is machine washable and dryer safe.
