Laurent Collective is dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction with our work. We are producing handmade pieces and strive for consistency in this work. Since each print and piece is handmade there will be naturally occurring variations in each piece. This makes each one unique.

Every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately onscreen, some computer monitors may display colors of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colors you see on screen.

We work with a printing company so your order will come from the closest printer near your location. International buyers are fully responsible for all international custom/duties charges, taxes and fees. For any additional information about customs charges please refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to custom/duties fees.

If you require items by a certain date please email us immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and we will make every effort to get it to you. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

All items will be sent carefully packaged so that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so should you a piece arrive damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving your package to obtain a replacement or refund.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER IS USED FOR PRINTS?
The art is printed on thick and durable matte paper with Giclée printing quality.

DOES THE ART PRINT COME FRAMED?
The artwork all comes unframed. It is shown in a frame to give you an idea of how the art can look framed.

WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL ARE THE CANVAS PRINTED ON?
Canvases are printed on fade-resistant material and are hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. The canvases is 20.5 mil thick poly-cotton blend canvas with matte finish coating.


DOES THE ARTWORK HAVE TEXTURES ON IT?
Each print and canvas has a texture added to create a vintage look. You can see the texture in the close up, detail image on the product page.
