If you have a specific size you need please let me know. All of my cake toppers are custom made so any size can be accommodated. (please note that additional animals, children or people may require a larger base.)

Otherwise I will use your Etsy conversations.
I will request pictures of your bridal gown, grooms tux, hair style you are planning on, flowers, and/or anything eles that you would like to have included in your cake topper.
I will make your cake topper and before I have cured it I will send you a picture of the cake topper.
If everything is the way you like it I will cure it and post it on Etsy as a Reserve at which time the remaining balance will be due.

I try very hard to make sure that the information my customers need is supplied and the process is explained in detail in each listing. I will always answer any questions. The problem with this customer is she did not read the information that was very clearly provide in the listing she purchased. She thought the cake topper was $40. It clearly states the $40 is ONLY A DEPOSIT. I was willing to refund her money once I realized her mistake, however she wanted the cake topper I had designed and purchased it.
