An oxidized sterling silver statement ring with a unique ornate design. The big round ornate design has given a dome shape and rounded with 16 silver granulations. Perforated dome design looks like abstract flowers and angels with an Ethnic and a bit Anatolian Byzantine feels. The black area under large ornate design is oxidized silver and it beautifully shows up the design of the ring. This beautiful, chunky large ring is completely handmade from sterling silver, polished and textured and will be one of your unique jewelry. You can use this lovely ring on any finger of your hands like a middle finger, ring finger or index finger.

FINISH;
I have given a special texture to the ornate design and polished it. Under the basement of ornate design is oxidized silver except this black part all parts, including balls and shank, are polished silver. This ring is totally handmade in my little atelier and it includes my logo.

* Sterling Silver; 100 grams contains 925 grams of silver and 75 grams of copper. Silver is a soft metal, copper is added to harden silver. So especially rings are made of sterling silver.
Pure Silver won't be oxidized but Sterling Silver may be oxidized by years since copper added in it.

Most of the jewelry on the market is plated silver, rhodium, gold or with other material. Plating is an easier chemical process than polishing by hand. And you can prevent oxidization by plating sterling silver. But plating itself can come out over the years.
I hand polish silver jewelry. In general, I don't plate silver jewelry because I think it spoils its nature and appearance, chemicals are added during the plating process and plating can be removed by years.

* I recommend keeping all your silver jewelry airtight in the bag provided.
*STERLING SILVER JEWELRY; it may be oxidized by years but easily can be removed. Oxidation is because of sulfur in the air or even chemicals on the skin. If oxidization occurs you may wipe your jewelry with a cotton cloth by using the silver polish or oxidation can be removed simply by washing your jewelry with warm water containing a few drops of mild dishwashing liquid.
* FINE SILVER JEWELRY; Fine Silver won't be oxidized like Sterling Silver Jewelry, but I recommend to keep it airtight. If any oxidation occurs you can follow instructions for sterling silver jewelry.
