Over more then twenty years I have produced hundreds of house drawings. With a bachelor’s degree in design, and a background in architectural drafting, my style is detailed and architecturally accurate, while creatively portraying the character of the home. All renderings are created by hand, by me, resulting in a truly personal art piece.

Drawing size is 8”x 10” on professional acid free paper and delivered in a separate cream mat.

Work is produced from photographs.. If you can please supply several, since details are apparent in different views, and be sure to point out those details most important to you. Unnecessary objects while I can move or change the size and shape of trees and other landscaping to better show the home.
