The product was broke when I got it. Was told "it happens" and to just use super glue. The topper is very flimsy for the price I paid. I know I will be super gluing more of it. Was hoping it would be a keepsake for years to come but I'll be lucky it makes it thru the wedding. And all I got was Sorry, it happens. For $220 it should NOT happen. Total ripoff, beyond pissed.

Item came out beautifully. Shipping took about 3.5 months and had to ship twice due to carrier issues. Would highly recommend but order well ahead of when you need it!

Absolutely beautiful but unfortunately came apart very easily, very flimsy and almost zero communication or took forever to hear back when seller was asked questions, this individual is very talented, but it would be great if they could be a bit more communicative.

It took significantly longer than advertised to make my cake topper to the point where I needed to purchase a topper from elsewhere on Etsy. Annacrafts is very unresponsive. I am so disappointed in this experience.
