CUSTOMIZATION: Custom orders are an additional $15 per print. When I have time to do them, I have a listing created that you can add to your cart. If there is not a "CUSTOM" listing, I am not able to create a custom design at that time. As the shop has grown, it has become harder to keep up and I want to ensure quality is not comprimised for time. Custom orders take 1-3 days and I will make sure I have your approval before printing and mailing.
FRAMING & MATTING: I use 11x14 white wood frames with either a 10x13 print without matting or an 8x10 with matting. The matting is white. Either option is an additional $30. All you have to do is add a listing for a "FRAME" to your shopping cart along with the poster you want and indicate in your order if you want a mat or not. I will have as many "FRAME" listings up as I have readily available. I do not mat prints without a frame. It is not as easy to ship safely.
COLOR CHANGES: Color changes are free and if you can send me a link to match or an example of something, that helps! I do not have a list of colors for you to pick from, but you can pick from a range of colors if you google "Pantone colors". Please be sure to note in your order if you need a color change.
SIZE: I only go up to 11x17. If you want a different size than as listed, please note in your order. They are the same price.
PROCESSING & SHIPMENT: All posters will be printed the following business day (Monday through Friday) from when orders are received as long as I get your order before 5pm central time
...(ex: if you place an order on Monday after 5pm I will print it Wednesday and ship it Thursday...if you place the order BEFORE 5pm on Monday I will print it Tuesday and mail it Wednesday).
...I do not print or ship on Saturday or Sunday.
...I do not combine shipping on framed items but I do on everything else.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I do ship Internationally. The shipping of framed items is much much higher therefore please notice the cost of shipping is a substantial amount more than the price of the item. If there were a less expensive way to do it without the risk of breakage, I would!
