The "last" used in the making of our Rioja Cowboy style is produced with a fashionable elongation, so you can expect that the boot will extend about 1.5" beyond the toe line
(A standard last can be used to make your boots with custom & handmade-to-order sales; A "last" fee may apply.
NOTE: A "last" is a mold designed for creating a particular footwear style
SIZE:
delaCav bootwear runs true to size so order based on your standard ready-to-wear size,
i.e. I wear 9.5 when I buy shoes/boots at Nine West, so I'd order 9.5 from delaCav
FIT:
I found that fit is subjective. Two people can wear the same size, but one might like more wiggle room and the other prefers to feel snug in their boots.

More than 140 steps go into making a handcrafted pair of delaCav boots
- premium leathers/exotics are individually selected and cut by hand
- we hand shape leather toe boxes and leather counters for heel coupling
- hand-stacked leather heels are pitched for balance and nailed into place
- our boots are hand-lasted to ensure proper fit
- the welt is extended to secure insole to outsole & for aesthetics
- a steel shank is placed in arch for solid support
- in fine artful tradition, we use lemonwood pegs to secure outsole to insole
- decorative stitching is turned by hand (when applicable)
Every detail is meticulously managed upholding traditional bootmaking traditions

Everywhere Else - TBD as every country has particular rules/regulations pertaining to exotics in particular, so I'll invoice you separately for shipping once we determine such, but on average, shipping to another country costs about $130USD.
VAT, Import duties, taxes and/or other charges incurred shipping into a foreign country are not included in the item price or shipping charges outside of the USA.
