All of our pieces are designed and manufactured in New York City with the highest quality standards

Every item from the Belnord Jewelry collection comes with a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing defects. if any manufacturer defects are detected, please message us and we'll either provide a solution or offer to have the piece shipped back for repair/replacement. Our warranty is null and void if alteration, modification, or sizing is performed by a third party other than Belnord Jewelry.

We sure do! We try to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the jewelry they want without hurting their wallets, so we offer a Layaway Plan. Send us a message and we can quickly agree to a period and installment plan that will allow you to pay worry-free via Paypal. Here are our policies for payment plans:

• Initial payment required: Minimum 25%
• When the item is 60% paid off, We begin production on your order
• When the item is 100% paid off, We will ship out your item
• If, for any reason, the item is not completely paid, we will charge you a 20% restock fee
• You will get a refund for the rest within 2 business days after the cancellation of the order
• Layaway items are non-returnable, but fall under our 2-Year Warranty

1. Send us a message to confirm how you’d like to setup your payment plan for an item you are interested in (duration and number of installments).
2. Once you receive approval, place the item in your shopping chart
3. For payment option, Press ‘Other’
4. Check Out without making payment
5. You will receive a Paypal invoice through email for the first payment which you can pay with credit card, debit card, or your Paypal account if you have one
6. Remaining installments to pay off the balance will be sent through Paypal as well
7. Once all the balance is paid off, we will send your item out for delivery and you will receive a confirmation from Etsy

We have the capacity to manufacture almost any design or make modifications on all of our jewelry creations. Please contact us to inquire about any custom design that comes to mind and we will create a custom listing based on the specifications and price quote.

All of our diamonds and gemstones are completely natural and ethically sourced. Any stones that are heat treated to enhance the color will be clearly specified in the description of the piece.

Depending on the piece that needs to be resized, we charge approximately $50 for resizing.

All Belnord Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our NYC Studio. All pieces that are made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3 weeks before we ship your order. If we stock a piece ready with all requests made by customer, please allow 3 business days before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a message.
