Please review the listing description regarding shipping options. We very explicitly explain all the risks with free shipping. We HATE having to offer a free shipping option (nobody LIKES paying for shipping), but free can only be done with a 'flat mailer'...As explicitly noted in the description. This does run the risk of bending in transit. We prefer to offer the 'priority box' upgrade, which protects every shipment from damage in transit and has the option of replacement in the event of damage occurring once shipped. Unfortunately, most folks prefer 'free', and this is the result. Signs do get bent when shipped flat first class. They are very malleable and can be bent back in shape, but please know that risk is assumed when free shipping is SELECTED during checkout as opposed to the paid priority upgrade.
