The name of my shop just popped up in my head one day in 2009, like most of my creative ideas.
I have always been interested in the Arts. It depends on the day where the creativity lies.
Looking for found objects to incorporate into my work is a favorite hobby. Enjoyment is looking for fossil seashells in the Everglades, 40 miles inland from our present Atlantic Ocean shore. Collected driftwood and sea glass are also incorporated in some of my work.
I love working with soft suede, and other leathers. Another love is beaded jewelry.
I love to paint, block print, textile paint, crafts, photography, and fabricating out of found materials.
A recent challenge was fabricating a kaleidoscope- because my husband said I couldn't do it.
I've been happily married for a long time, raising three children and two adopted grandchildren.
My photography has been on display at Epcot, and I've shown my paintings in juried shows.
