Welcome to BlueTerracotta, my little shop in France, where you will find the perfect piece to decorate, collect or wear, and tell your own story. Satisfy your passion for fantasy, folklore, tales and dreams!

After art school in the USA, I met a charming French boy and followed him to France, where we live with our little family. A few years have gone by, and aside from taking care of our family, I still create, making mixed media pieces from clay, found ojects, upcycled materials and fabrics.

I spend lots of time searching through decorator shops' remnant baskets, flea markets, second hand shops for the perfect texture of lace, piece of vintage fabric, or color of abandoned plate to cut up for a mosaic.

Inspiration comes from ancient art as an expression of the sacred, natural history, folklore, tales of mystery and magic, and legends, especially those in which we find helping creatures and animals.
